I Let Myself Be Seen
At the end of the day, find a quiet place and become still. Quiet your heart. Take one or two deep breaths and bring to mind the things you experienced today. Let the Lord look upon your day.
Ask yourself: what events gave you peace and joy? Through whom did you feel loved, appreciated, or valued? Remain with these moments for a few minutes, savoring and feeling them.
Let the Lord look at the moments when you lost your peace today, and allow yourself to be reconciled with them.
Prepare to begin a new day under the Lordโs guidance.
