Stop for a moment to reflect on the day. Be present and place yourself under the gaze of the Lord who accompanied you today. Look into your heart and recognize what dwells there at this moment. Give thanks for what you have experienced.
Look back on the day, going from place to place. Where did you go? How did you feel in those places? Did you feel God's presence in any of them? Do you feel that any place hurts you or is problematic for you?
Give everything you have received to God and ask him to continue to heal your heart.
