WITH JESUS IN THE NIGHT
Learning from Experience
At the end of this day, pause for a few moments to reflect on how you have encountered the Lord in your daily life and to look back over the week, gathering the most meaningful experiences.
Welcome the memories that rise in your heart and take time to notice the feelings and desires they awaken in you. Ask the Lord for the grace to learn from what you have experienced this week.
Choose to welcome what brings you closer to Him, and to let go of what takes away your peace and leads you to unloving responses toward your brothers and sisters and toward the Lord.
Ask for the grace to live as a learner, always on the journey.
Our Father.
