WITH JESUS DURING THE DAY๐ ๐ ๐
Sobriety that sets us free
In this moment of the afternoon, hold back the urge to hoard and present to the Lord the hunger of the world.
โFood waste is but one of the fruits of the โthrowaway culture,โโ Pope Francis said. In that spirit, ask that everyone may have access to quality food.
Pray for this month's intention, that there may be a growing ability to care for what the earth provides.
Ask Him to help you go against the grain, so that you do not buy out of anxiety, so that you make the most of what is prepared, and share without humiliating others.
Today choose to make Christian decisions about what you buy, what you consume, and what you discard.
Finally, say the monthly prayer. Amen.
