Reflect on the painful or sad moments of the day, whether you have hurt someone or have been hurt. We often wound the people we love.
Ask the Lord to give you the strength to repair any harm caused and to recognize what your heart needs in order to be healed.
Tomorrow, desire to show love to those with whom you had a difficult moment today. Ask the Lord for the strength to carry out this intention.
