Pause for a moment and give thanks for another day. Take a slow breath and find your inner silence. Let the dayโs experiences settle in your heart.
Ask yourself: What struck you as beautiful and filled you with wonder? Did you notice acts of kindness or small things that invited you to contemplate and savor themโlandscapes, people, gestures, works of art, places, conversations?
To adore is to recognize with your heart the greatness that surrounds you. Practice this from now on, asking for the grace of a simple heart to adore the Lord in all of creation.
