WITH JESUS IN THE MORNING
Lord, open my eyes!
Begin this new day by thanking the Lord Jesus for the gift of life and for a fresh opportunity to live. On this fourth Sunday of Lent, recall the Gospel of the man born blind, whose life gained light and color after his encounter with Jesus. Notice the moments when you, too, have been blindโblind to His love, His presence, and His will.
Pause for a moment to reflect on the blindness in your own life.
โI do believe, Lord!โ (Jn 9:38). Unite this prayer with the Popeโs prayer intention for this month: ask that the eyes of world leaders may be touched, so that they choose the path of dialogue, hope, and love.
Open your heart to collaborate with the Lord in building peace.
