Stop for a moment to reflect on the day. Give thanks for the people, places, and moments you have experienced today. Pause to enjoy and feel, letting all that you have lived return to your heart.
Acknowledge the feelings that dwell within you at this moment. Ask yourself: What makes me feel this way? Do I remember any anger or disappointment? Do I recognize any resentment or forgiveness that I do not dare to give? Look into your heart and release into the Lord’s hands all that binds you and distances you from Love.
Ask for the grace tomorrow to live with more gratitude, adoring Him and serving Him in everything.
