Take a deep breath and bring your day before the Lord. Focus your attention on your heart. What moments from today have stayed with you? What message do they leave behind? Write down what you discover. Notice the feeling that lingers as the day comes to a close.
Give thanks for any special grace you received today, and ask the Lord to heal the hearts of those who needed your forgiveness. Take heart for tomorrow!
