WITH JESUS IN THE NIGHT
Opening my Heart
Pause for a moment and reflect on your day. Give thanks for the people, the places, and the moments that filled it. Let what you have lived return gently to your heart, and savor it.
Acknowledge the feeling that dwells within you right now. What is giving rise to it? Do you feel anger or disappointment? Do you notice any resentment—or a forgiveness you are afraid to offer? Look honestly into your heart and place in the Lord’s hands whatever binds you or keeps you from His love.
Ask Him for the grace to live tomorrow with deeper gratitude, adoring Him and serving Him in all things.
Our Father.
