WITH JESUS DURING THE DAY
A Purpose for Today
"Let us make room within ourselves for the Word of God. Let us read a verse from the Bible every day. Let us begin with the Gospel; let us keep it open at home, on our bedside table, carry it in our pocket or bag, look at it on our phone screen, let it inspire us daily. We will discover that God is close to us, that He illuminates our darkness and guides us with love throughout our lives." (Francis)
Take a moment of silence to let these words resonate within your heart and then pray the monthly prayer.
