WITH JESUS DURING THE DAY
Being a Shepherd
This afternoon, pray for the intention for May: that food be of good quality and sufficient for everyone, and that waste be reduced.
Pope Francis had a desire: “That is why I want a poor Church for the poor.” Ask Him to make you part of that Church through tangible actions.
Today, commit to checking what you have at home before buying, using up items nearing their expiration date, and setting aside in good condition whatever food can be shared.
May “shepherding” not remain mere words, but shape your table, your budget, and your habits.
Conclude by saying the monthly prayer. Amen.
