Joy, sadness, anxiety, fear, anger, restlessness, peace, hope… Which emotions did you allow in? Which ones stayed with you the longest? Pay attention to these movements of your heart. Notice the actions and desires that arose from them. Is there anything for which you want to ask forgiveness?
Tell the Lord your intention for tomorrow: to welcome feelings that bring peace and to let go of those that darken your soul. Ask Him to help you remain faithful to this desire.
