Pause and give thanks for the day that is ending. Ask the Lord for light to recognize His presence in all that you have experienced. Where has your attention and your heart been today?
Have you been mindful of the Lord throughout your day—offering Him your experiences, giving thanks, speaking to Him about what happens, asking for help in difficulties, and seeking forgiveness for your mistakes?
Remember that your life is a conversation with the Lord, a prayer of friendship with Him. Do you bring what you speak about with the Lord into your daily life?
Commit yourself to living what you pray and praying about what you live. Ask the Lord for help to do so.
