Sowing Peace
I step away from my activities to bring the day to a close. I return to stillness and connect with my heart.
What images come to my heart at the end of the day? People, places, encounters, activities. In what moments have I felt peace?
I reflect on my attitudes today and identify the moments when I acted with gratitude and joy. Have I sown peace in my surroundings? I give thanks for that.
Forgive me, Lord, for the violence in my attitudes. Help me to be compassionate like You.
