Sr. Simona Brambilla opened the Second Convention of the Conference of Major Superiors in the Philippines in Zamboanga City by inviting consecrated women and men to become prophets of peace. Drawing on the figures of Simeon and Anna, the Prefect of the Dicastery for Institutes of Consecrated Life and Societies of Apostolic Life urged participants to recognize God in the vulnerable and enter a wounded world with the ointment of peace.
