The Latin Patriarch of Jerusalem, Cardinal Pierbattista Pizzaballa, is launching an interdisciplinary initiative titled Within Your Gates. Scheduled for September 2026, the forum brings together scholars and practitioners from various faith traditions and disciplines.

The initiative addresses the tragic events in the Holy Land by exploring Jerusalem’s universal vocation to reconciliation and peace. Organised in partnership with the University of Notre Dame, the forum seeks to translate theological reflection into guidance for a better future.
