WITH JESUS IN THE MORNING
Disarming the Heart
On this second Sunday of Lent, wake up listening to Jesus as He says to you, “Get up and do not be afraid” (Mt 17:7). On the mountain, He allows you to see His light, a light that transforms fear into trust and discouragement into hope.
In His presence, rediscover the promise of peace that comes from listening and giving. Allow that light to touch your shadows and to disarm your heart of all violence and indifference. May every gesture you make today reflect His tenderness.
Offer this day to the Lord by praying the prayer of offering, so that His peace may pass through your actions. Ask that dialogue and trust may prevail over violence.
Ask yourself: What concrete actions can you offer today to sow peace?
