WITH JESUS IN THE NIGHT
Choose Life
As evening falls, gather the day in your hands. Become aware of how you feel at this
moment. What is in your heart? Give thanks for the small things that filled you with
joy and hope.
Look back on the day. Have the decisions made today given you life? Have you
loved? Or have you remained caught in a bad mood or anger? Take time to speak with
the Lord about these moments and commit yourself, for tomorrow, to choose lifeโto
embrace, to help, to serve, to smile, to show affection.
Ask the Lord to help you orient your heart toward Him.
Our Father.
