Brothers and Sisters
“You are all brothers” (Mt 23:8).
Begin this day by thanking the Lord and placing yourself in His presence, attentive to the Word that calls us all equal in Christ Jesus: we are brothers and sisters. No one is greater or lesser. No one should exalt themselves through titles or positions, nor seek to stand out by showing off their devotion or service to the Kingdom.
When humanity does not understand or accept this teaching, peace is rejected. Wars—whether local or international—arise from the desire to impose oneself on others.
Today, choose to be an instrument of peace in your family, at work, and in your social relationships. Offer your day to the Lord and pray that world leaders may follow the path of dialogue and disarmament instead of violence.
