Night is falling. Enter into the stillness of your heart and look back on the day. Thank the Lord for the moments that have brought you peace and joy.
Pause to reflect on them and engrave them on your heart.
Ask God to show you the challenges you faced today. How did you respond to them? Did you act freely, feeling love, hope, and trust in what you were experiencing? Or did you feel anxious?
As you reflect on today’s experiences, ask for the grace you need tomorrow in order to act with inner freedom.
