As evening falls, reflect on your day. Pay attention to how you feel right now. What is in your heart? Give thanks for the little things that filled you with joy and hope today.
Look back on your day. Have the decisions you made today given you life? Have you loved? Or have you remained stuck in a bad mood or in anger?
Take some time to talk to the Lord about these things and commit yourself to choosing life tomorrow—to embracing, helping, serving, smiling, and kissing.
Ask the Lord for help to turn your heart towards Him!
