WITH JESUS IN THE MORNING
The Joy That Endures
On this new day, I give thanks and open my heart to your presence. Your Word reminds me of the joy of the disciples: “They returned full of joy” (Lk 10:17), and I am reminded that encountering you fills my heart with profound joy.
Yet, Lord, I do not always recognize your work. Discouragement and inner weariness sometimes cloud my vision. Teach me to recognize the subtle signs of your presence in my life.
Strengthen my gratitude, so that I may remain steadfast. I offer this day for those who suffer from mental health challenges, that they may find hope and support.
