WITH JESUS IN THE MORNING
To have the heart of a child
On this day when the Church celebrates the holy guardian angels, I awaken in your presence with gratitude, Lord. Your love watches over me with faithfulness and discretion. Your Word invites me to return to what is essential: “Unless you become like children, you will not enter the Kingdom of Heaven” (Mt 18:3).
Teach me the simplicity, trust, and abandonment of a child’s heart. Free me from my fears and my judgments.
In this month dedicated to mental health, make me attentive to those who suffer within. May I become a bearer of hope and comfort. I offer this day to You with trust.
I pray the morning offering.
