At the end of the day, take some time to be alone with Jesus. Finish your work and enter into a moment of rest.
Ask yourself… Have you nurtured joy and peace in your heart? Have you treated your brothers and sisters with care?
Ask the Lord’s forgiveness if you have acted harshly or unjustly in the face of difficulties, or if you have rushed things without respecting the timing and abilities of those around you.
Pray for the grace to cultivate a hopeful acceptance of what you must live through, bringing peace and harmony to your relationships.
