WITH JESUS IN THE MORNING
What Comes from the Heart
As I wake up to this new day, I open myself to the Gospel. โIt is not what goes into the mouth that defiles a person, but what comes out of the mouthโthat is what defiles a person.โ (Mt 15:11) Jesus calls us to be mindful of what comes from the heart.
I offer You my heart, Lord, my will, my desires, and the love I can give to someone who needs You.
You can use me today. I want to drink from Your Heart, because You are the best we can receive and give.
Lord, I know that with You I can bring happiness to others. Grant me the grace to be humble and realistic in the pursuit of the common good and Your will.
With this movement of the heart, I now come to offer You my day.
