WITH JESUS DURING THE DAY
We Ask for the Gift of Piety for Priests.
Pause and repeat the words of today’s Gospel: ‘It is I,’ trusting that the Lord is present in every moment. Pray that priests may live with that same absolute trust.
“With the gift of piety, rekindle in him the relationship of intimate union with God and the attitude of trusting abandonment to His providence.” (St. John Paul II)
Pray the prayer of the month, asking that the personal relationship with Christ may be the foundation of the life of all Christians, especially priests who are going through difficult times.
