Discern the Truth
Monthly day of prayer for the Pope's prayer intention
Lord Jesus, on this new day, I place myself in Your presence. Thank You for the life You give me and for Your faithfulness that never forsakes me. Grant me a heart open to Your truth and attentive to Your action in my life.
'Some began to say: “He drives out demons by Beelzebul, the prince of demons”' (Lk 11:15). With these words, You remind me that Your work is sometimes misunderstood, questioned, or rejected. When I am tempted by doubt, judgment, or mistrust, help me to recognize the signs of Your presence and Your love. Give me a humble heart, capable of embracing the truth and discerning the action of Your Spirit in the world and in my life.
I offer myself to You this day through the prayer of offering.
