It is time to bring the day to a close. Become aware of yourself; notice your body, your breathing, your feelings, and your thoughts. Enter into silence and listen to your heart.
How was your day? What signs of love and comfort did you discover? Reflect on the events, the people, the places, the conversations, the activities, your work, and your leisure time. Go through everything hour by hour.
Say to the Lord, “I praise you, Father, for…” and bring before Him everything you have experienced today and for which you wish to praise the Lord.
