Listening to the Echoes
We reflect on today. We become aware of how we are feeling, paying attention to our bodies and our state of mind. We listen to the echo in our hearts as we ask ourselves what feelings we have experienced today: boredom, joy, fulfillment, sadness, trustโฆ?
How have we interacted with others? Is there anything for which we would like to ask forgiveness?
We make all of this our prayer. We place the past and the future before God, and we ask for His blessing.
