Opening My Heart
I take a moment to bring the day to a close. I give thanks for the people, places, and moments of today. I pause for a moment to savor and feel, letting what I’ve experienced return to my heart.
I acknowledge the feeling within me right now. What is making me feel this way? Do I recall any anger or disappointment? Do I recognize any resentment or forgiveness I haven’t dared to grant? I look into my heart and release into Your hands whatever binds me and keeps me from Love.
Grant me the grace tomorrow to live with greater gratitude, adoring You and serving You in all things.
