WITH JESUS DURING THE DAY
Making Good Use of Free Time
At this hour of the day, we turn our gaze and our attention to You, Lord.
The Second Vatican Council teaches: โLeisure time should be used appropriately for rest and for strengthening spiritual and physical health: [โฆ] through sports and related activities, which contribute to the psychological balance of the individual and of society, as well as to the establishment of fraternal relationships among people of every condition, nation, or people.โ (GS 61)
How do we use our free time? Where do we find rest and renewal?
Let us say the prayer of the month and return to our daily tasks.
