WITH JESUS DURING THE DAY
Experiencing Flow
For a moment, we find peace and remain in your presence.
Pope Leo also emphasizes the spiritual significance of sports. The experience of โflowโ is one example: โThis experience often occurs among people engaged in an activity that requires concentration and skill, when the level of difficulty matches the level they have already attained or is slightly above it.โ
Do we recognize these moments of โflowโ in our daily lives and in our spiritual lives?
In union with the Popeโs intention to highlight the values of sport, we pray the prayer of the month.
