WITH JESUS IN THE MORNING
Who are my brothers and sisters?
Jesus, I want to begin this new day you have given me by listening to your word, which invites me to be your disciple:
“ Whoever does the will of my Father in heaven is my brother, my sister, and my mother.” (Matthew 12:50)
Jesus teaches us that to follow him as disciples, we must do the Father’s will; this is what it means to be brothers and sisters of Jesus. As we make this message our own, we gradually change the way we are and act.
I conclude this moment by saying my daily prayer of offering, praying for the Pope’s intention for this month.
