WITH JESUS IN THE NIGHT
Deep within Yourself
Center yourself and give thanks for the day that is coming to an end. Connect with your heart by closing your eyes and observing a moment of silence. Reflect on the day that has just passed, as if you were watching a movie: the people, the places, the situations, the conversations.
Ask yourself: What still resonates in your heart? What is the one thing for which you want to give thanks? Take a moment to let that resonate within you.
Place in the Lordโs hands whatever troubled you today, whatever deprived you of peace, and the wrong you have done, whether intentionally or not.
For tomorrow, ask Him to grant you the grace to live by following your heart.
Pray the Our Father.
