WITH JESUS IN THE NIGHT
Reflecting on the Week
As the week is coming to an end, take a moment to look back on what you have experienced. Give thanks to the Lord for this life and for the opportunity to serve, to love, to share, to work, and to enjoy.
Give thanks for the moments when you became aware of nature… The air, the scents, the flavors, the sounds. Become aware of the presence of people… The voices of your brethren, their gestures, their gaze, their needs. The Lord dwells in people, situations, and the things of this world. Give thanks for the help in discovering them, and ask His forgiveness when you rush by so quickly that you fail to notice them.
Ask Him to help you live with greater awareness in the week ahead.
Pray the Our Father.
