WITH JESUS DURING THE DAY
The Power of Small Gestures
In the middle of the day, pause for a moment and reflect.
“No gesture of affection, no matter how small, will be forgotten, especially if it is directed toward those who are suffering, who are lonely, or who are in need.” (Pope Leo XIV, Dilexi te, no. 4)
Perhaps someone close to you is struggling in silence, carrying an invisible pain. Ask the Lord to help you believe that your simple gestures—a glance, a listening ear, a caring presence—can truly touch and transform.
Ask Him to keep you open to the unexpected gift of His grace. May you never look down on the little things, for it is there that His love works and renews hearts.
At the feet of Mary, place this month’s prayer intention as you say the monthly prayer.
