A Changing Perspective
Pause for a moment to look back on the morning that has passed through the Lord’s light. The Lord reminds you that all suffering, when lived in union with Him, can become a path to salvation and bear fruit. (Salvifici Doloris).
Ask yourself: Have you been able to recognize the distress of your brothers and sisters? Have you turned a blind eye to those who suffer in silence, so close to you?
Entrust to the God of Life those who are struggling with depression and mental health issues. Ask Him to enlarge your heart and open it to compassion, so that you may love with presence, respect, and faithfulness.
Recite the monthly prayer.
