As the day comes to a close, let us set aside all our worries and turn inward. Together, we reflect on everything that brought us joy today and give thanks to the Lord for it. What were our moments of peace? How did we feel them in our hearts and in our bodies? What fruits did they bear around us?
Was there a moment when we lost our peace? Let us cherish the peace of our hearts by reflecting on those situations in the silence within. Notice the differences and learn from them.
Let us ask the Lord to make us instruments of peace.
