Let us take this moment of calm and place our day in the Lord’s hands. Together, we reflect on the day, giving thanks for the good things in it—the people we love, our blessings, our life.
We let our weary minds and bodies rest in His hands. What has worn us out today? A hectic schedule, heavy worries, difficult people, or challenging situations we have faced?
Let us ask for forgiveness if we ourselves have been the cause of our own weariness or that of others.
Let us find our breath again in the Lord and entrust tomorrow to Him. How will we receive and care for the rest He desires for us?
