Pause in the middle of your day to pray and reflect.
"Gathering around the grotto in Bethlehem to contemplate the Holy Family allows us to enjoy in a special way the gift of family intimacy and encourages us to offer human warmth and concrete solidarity in those situations, unfortunately numerous, where, for various reasons, there is a lack of peace, a lack of harmony, in a word, a lack of family" (Pope John Paul II).
Ask the Lord to open your eyes to all those situations in which He calls you to be a family for someone.
