WITH JESUS DURING THE DAY
Witnesses
Set aside time for the Lord.
“Simeon sings the joy of those who have seen, who have recognized and can convey to others the encounter with the Savior of Israel and of the nations. He is a witness to the faith he has received as a gift and communicates to others; he is a witness to the hope that does not disappoint; he is a witness to the love of God, which fills the human heart with joy and peace.” (Pope Francis)
Let Simeon teach you to be someone who listens and has an open heart. Only in this way can you recognize the Lord when He approaches you in the disguise of the ignored — where you do not expect to meet Him.
Recite the monthly prayer for the Pope’s prayer intention.
