WITH JESUS IN THE NIGHT
Calm Down
At the end of this day, take your last break, stop moving, and look back on how you have lived. Seek the Lord to calm your spirit, quiet your thoughts, and focus on your breathing as a prelude to meeting Him. Let your heart set the pace for this time of prayer.
Calmly remember what you have experienced. Give thanks for everything—the pleasant moments and the challenging ones—knowing that He is there to transform every situation into something good.
Say to Him: thank You, thank You, thank You… and let His peace calm your heart. Offer your rest to Him and ask Him to accompany you tomorrow when you wake.
Our Father.
