Today is the last day of the week. Take a moment to look back on what you have experienced. Thank God for life and for the opportunities to serve, to love, to share, to work, and to enjoy life.
Give thanks for the moments when you noticed natureโthe air, the scents, the flavors, the sounds. Recognize the presence of peopleโthe voices of your brothers and sisters, their gestures, their gaze, their needs. God dwells in people, in situations, and in real things. Thank Him for helping you discover them, and ask forgiveness for the times when you rushed by too quickly to notice.
Ask Him to help you live the coming week with greater attention.
