WITH JESUS IN THE MORNING
Blessed we are!
Today, give thanks for the ending of January and open your heart to the new life that awakens in you as February arrives.
“Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven” (Mt 5:3).
Recall the words of Pope Francis: “The word blessed is like a refrain that reminds us of the Lord’s call to walk with Him on a path that, despite all the challenges, is the path to true happiness.” Ask yourself if you are willing to walk this path—to allow this word to transform you and change your outlook, so that you may find true happiness.
Take time to meditate on the Gospel of the Beatitudes and pray the prayer of offering.
