In less than a month, Pope Leo XIV will begin his visit to France, marking the first papal journey to the country in eighteen years. Young people across the nation are eagerly anticipating the encounter, with eighty thousand places reserved for a vigil at the Stade de France in just one hour.

The upcoming visit from 25 to 28 September will include stops in Paris, Lourdes, and Metz under the theme So that the world may have life. Organizers note a growing interest in Christianity among French youth, alongside increasing numbers of adult baptisms and active preparations by local networks and student groups.
