WITH JESUS DURING THE DAY
Sowing Peace in Fragility
I pause for a moment to return to You, Lord, and entrust to Your heart what I am experiencing. I think of those who carry an inner loneliness—often misunderstood, sometimes rejected—and who press on in the silence of their suffering.
“Where there is hatred, let me sow love” (St. Francis of Assisi). Teach me to love truthfully, with patience and gentleness. May I welcome others without judgment, listen attentively, and respect each person’s fragility.
Make me an instrument of your peace alongside those who suffer from mental health challenges. May my simple gestures open paths of hope.
I pray, united with the Church, the prayer of the month for mental health ministry.
