WITH JESUS IN THE MORNING
Caring for others as we care for ourselves
At the start of this day, I acknowledge your grace, Lord, which lifts me up and sustains me. You invite me to enter into the light of your Word, which teaches me the way of true love for my neighbor (Lk 10:25โ37).
โWhich of these three do you think was a neighbor to the man who fell into the hands of robbers?โ You show me that true closeness springs from a heart capable of compassion. Open my eyes to see those who suffer, and open my heart so that I do not look away. Deliver me from all indifference.
In this month of prayer dedicated to mental health, make me attentive and available. Grant me the grace to bring comfort and support to my brothers and sisters who are going through trials.
I offer this day to you with confidence.
