WITH JESUS IN THE MORNING
Choosing What Is Essential
As this new day begins, pause to acknowledge the Lordโs grace, allowing it to awaken you and give you life. Entrust this day to Him with confidence, desiring to live it under His guidance. Allow His Word to invite you to choose what is essential, to make room for silence and listening, far away from the distractions of daily life.
Like Martha, you may become absorbed in your worries. But the Lord calls you to be like Mary, attentive to His presence (Luke 10:38โ42). Ask Him to teach you to discern what truly matters.
Before beginning any activity, open your heart to the needs of those who suffer, especially people with mental health challenges. May you be an attentive and compassionate presence for them.
