WITH JESUS DURING THE DAY
We Ask for the Gift of Fortitude for Priests.
This afternoon, take a moment to reflect and pray for this monthโs intention: โThe gift of fortitude sustains him [the priest] in the difficulties of his ministry, instilling in him the necessary โparrhesiaโ in proclaiming the Gospel.โ (St. John Paul II)
Ask the Lord that priests may find communities that support them in their sorrows, remembering the words of Pope Leo XIV: โChallenges, in fact, cannot be faced alone, and tears are a gift of life when they purify our eyes and free our gaze.โ
Pray for them with the Prayer of the Month.
